Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Sangam Point, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Offered
Sangam Point provides the following services:
– RO (Water Purifier) Repair, Maintenance & Installation
– AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Services
– RO Spare Parts Sales
– Water Quality Testing
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
Booking and Confirmation
Appointments can be booked via phone, website, or in-person visit. Once a service is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via call/SMS. Sangam Point reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing and Payments
Service and product prices are listed transparently at the time of booking or quotation. All payments must be made in full after the completion of the service. We accept payments via UPI, cash, or bank transfer. No hidden charges will be applied unless additional services/products are requested by the customer.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms
AMC is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Includes 3–4 scheduled visits and unlimited breakdown calls, depending on the package. Consumables (e.g., filters, membranes) are either included or excluded based on the selected AMC plan. AMC is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Spare Parts and Warranty
All spare parts provided are either OEM or high-quality compatible brands. Parts come with a limited warranty (generally 30–90 days) unless otherwise specified. Warranty void if the product is mishandled, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
Service Warranty
Sangam Point offers a 7-day service guarantee for all repair services unless otherwise stated. If issues arise during the warranty period, we will resolve them free of charge, provided it is not due to customer misuse or third-party interference.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information during service booking. Ensure someone is available at the premises during scheduled service time. Do not dismantle, open, or tamper with installed RO units after service completion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments can be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a service charge. No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered. Product refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after return and inspection.
Liability Disclaimer
Sangam Point is not liable for pre-existing damage to the RO system or plumbing setup. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather, power failures). Customers are responsible for ensuring water supply and electricity at the time of service.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Customer information is collected only for service-related communication and is not shared with any third party without consent. For detailed policy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Sangam Point reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or at our office.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or relating to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
